Our traditional French mayonnaises are superb and will sit on your shelf for 4 months without needing refrigeration. Once opened they need to be refrigerated and consumed within a month – although we’re confident that once you try it you would have finished it within days because they are so delicious. All our mayonnaises are fantastic with chicken and seafood and can turn a simple chicken sandwich into a gourmet dish. They are also great for using as a dip, or topping a potato. Our customers are known them eat them straight from the spoon!!
